Greetings from Paris. It's been awhile since my last post so please bare with me as I bring you up to date on MY Thang. First, I wish to think my good friend, fellow bassist Fred Clayton. Fred has really had my back here in Paris. One thing Fred has done was to guide me into obtaining a badge to play in the Paris Metro. I take my bass down into the "hole" to sing and play for the travelers. I am truly becoming a seasoned Eulipian. I have also been doing my thang on the bandstand. Tonight and tomorrow night I will be performing here in Paris with the great drummer.Suny Murray. We just returned from a small tour in the South of France with Rasul Siddik on trumpet and Gilles-Marc Dardenne on piano. I will be returning to the same locations with Vocalist, Cynthia McPherson. Check the gig page for details. I am planning to drop into San Francisco for the holidays. I will return in January to prepare for my "Spring Thang" here in Paris.
